explanations?

I just can't wait for the explanation on this one. This is a town cop car sitting here, and this picture was taken almost an hour after it must have happened, because we drove by it earlier. So how did this car end up being here? One way or another, I bet this is going to be an interesting story. Town gossip has at least three versions out already. --- by the way Kathy, for you trivia buffs out there, this is the entrance to the car lot/ garage/ LIQUOR STORE, where my pre-dented car came from. You can bet this is entered into the 'why the car was wrecked there equation." ---
